ICWE 2008 - Car Sharing
A lot of attendees asked for support to organize car sharing...
ISWE provides a "car sharing @ ICWE2008"
wiki for ICWE2008 that you can use to arrange transportation and car sharing issues.
How to access the "ICWE2008 Car Sharing" Wiki
The wiki is protected - i.e. a user account from ISWE is required and you must be authorized to
read and/or write the wiki page. Registering a user account with ISWE if free - you do not need to
become a member (even though we would be happy to have you on baord, of course;-)
Steps to register
If you do not have an ISWE account
- Create an ISWE user account first: Go to http://www.iswe-ev.de/
- Press the Sign In button at the top-right of the page.
- At the Identity Provider / Sign In Form, select the registration form link (read first sentence)
and create an account.
- If you want to go there directly, follow this link to registration form
- Fill in the form and follow the registration instructions.
- After the successful registration follow instructions given in the next sections.
If you have an ISWE account and you are an ISWE Member...
- Sign in at the ISWE Site. Go to http://www.iswe-ev.de/.
- Follow Wiki-instructions in the member section.
If you have an ISWE account, but you are not an ISWE Member...
- Sign in at the ISWE Site. Go to http://www.iswe-ev.de/.
- Press the Sign In button at the top-right of the page
- At the Identity Provider / Sign In Form, type in your username and password, and press "Sign In" button.
- If the entered username and password are correct, you will be redirected to the ISWE site.
- There, you will see at the top-right corner a message like: Signed in as: (Your Username) | Sign Out.
- Now follow the (Your Username) link. You will be redirected to Your Account dashboard.
- At the Your Account dashboard, you will see the Activation Codes headline and a text-input form.
If you are not a member of ISWE insert: icwe_wiki and press the Activate button.
- You have then successfully acquired the ISWEWikiAuthor role that authorizes you to use the ISWE wiki.
Please note that your role will expire after the conference on July 21, 2008.
